one would assume such an upscale hotel would have quiet rooms, but i could hear the kitchen until late. breakfast service? a real test of patience. it’s shocking no one took care of my comfort at the pool area. i almost gave this place a decent review, but of course, that didn't happen.

Our room was elegantly decorated, featuring tasteful furnishings and a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for relaxing with a book. The staff were incredibly attentive. Nacho provided a warm welcome and offered a tour of the stunning property.

Pool service could use some improvement.

The parking situation is a real hassle!!! A lack of soundproofing in rooms is disappointing, particularly with external noise disrupting the experience. The inconsistent food quality in the restaurant is quite simply unacceptable!!!

our stay at the faustino was fantastic! the staff were exceptional, especially the gm who was super professional. the location is perfect, just a minute away from the town center. we loved enjoying the thermal circuit for two in the spa—it was a blissful experience.

we had a phenomenal stay at faustino. our room was well-appointed, and the private courtyard gave us stunning views of the cathedral. the staff's service was exceptional, especially when they organized flowers and cava for my girlfriend's engagement. the cliffs of pont d'en gil nearby were perfect for sunset views.
